Welcome to the Cherry Tree Inn run by Steve and Jill. If you are looking for excellent real ale (37 years in CAMRA) and scrumptious home cooking (8 years in the good food guide) then this is the place to visit. We run a four bed-roomed historic Inn situated in the heart of the Angiddy Valley, five minutes walk from the renowned 12th century Cistercian Tintern Abbey.
There is a host of activities on our door step, climbing, rambling, canoeing, horse riding and mountain biking. For those who prefer a more sedate pace, painting, fishing, gentle walks or simply snooze along side the riverbank.
We have an abundance of famous landmarks in our locality, some within walking distance others a short drive. Tintern Abbey, Offas Dyke, Chepstow race course, Symonds Yat and Hay on Wye to name but a few. If shopping is what you wish then Cardiff, Hereford, Gloucester and Bristol are only a 30-40 minute drive. |
