Homemade crab, prawn, coriander and cod fish cakes, served  on a bed of herby leaves, drizzled with sweet chilli and lime sauce.

Wild boar pate, whisky orange marmalade served with warmed toast and Welsh butter.

Radicchio and rocket salad topped with sautéed garlic wild

mushrooms, and baked cherry tomatoes served with balsamic sorbet.

Welsh roast beef, Yorkshire pudding served with apricot and pork sausage roll, topped with a delicious beef and beer gravy.

Locally reared turkey breast served with chestnut and cranberry stuffing topped with a Chablis and cranberry sauce.

Steamed welsh sewin fillet served with a shrimp, crevette and crab creamy dill sauce.

Baked butternut squash, stuffed with wild mushroom and garbanzo pate, served with a
